I live 50 miles SW of New Orleans. We're practically in the Gulf of Mexico. Damn straight I have air conditioning.

I live in GA, AC is a must...it's been in the 90's most of the summer and we're in a "level 2" drought. Nice weather, huh?

Yes, but I haven't had to use it all that much this summer. It's been great with just the windows and doors open,for the most part.
