i start 2 new jobs this weekend and i got really sunburn on monday expecially on my face and now my face is starting to peel so now i got these blochy patch's all over were its peeling, anything i can do to speed it up.. any help i will try

Try using a face cream. Apply a heavy layer, let it stay on for about 15 or 20 minutes. Then wipe it off with a soft towel or tissue. Hope it works for you.

I don't think there's a way to speed it up. Just keep your skin as moisturized as you can and wear sunblock if you have to go out.

maybe you a face wash that has little beads to scrub away the peeling skin....
