I need help with my story?

What type of action type battle would you want to have with the police? Like, would you want guns, would you want to be running away from them, would you want the police to be doing wrong of some sort? I need help!

Some hand-to-hand combat after a nice long chase-on-foot would be cool and could end with one of them having a heart attack from all the running and fighting...lol
