I was watching the news a few days ago when they mentiond a few new beaches that are made for Women only and no men allowed. What do you think? Women, would this make you feel more comfortable when going to the beach? Does this even make you feel any diffrent at all? What do you think about this?

I personally think its great idea. However the only problem is some lesbis may take advantage of it. (Not that im against them or anything).

Fine, then us guys get an all male beach. Wait ....that would suck.

Seriously though, I can see why females would like this. I would find it extremely annoying to go to the beach to try to relax and constantly being hit on by obnoxious guys. It's unfortunate that these people ruin an otherwise good time.

What a wonderful idea!!! I love it. It would be nice to enjoy the sun and sand without being ogled. I'm not 100% comfortable wearing a bikini in public. However, if it were only women, I'd wear the skimpiest thing I can find, because I know a man wouldn't be there to judge me.

It probably would attract lesbians, but the thought of a beautiful woman checking me out turns me on, and I'm straight.

There are all sorts of Mens only or womens only clubs in the world. I don't see a problem with a Womens only beach. It would end up being a lesbians paradise. God Bless America.

I have no problem with it as long as no fuss is raised when a "men only" beach is opened. As the old saying goes, "What's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander". Don't go complaining about chauvinism and male dominance when something like this is just the same thing in reverse.

I saw the same article - I love the idea!!! I would love to go & not have to worry about how I look in my bathing suit, if anythings' hanging out wrong, whatever. I just want to be there to enjoy the sand, sea & sun! I think it would be a better environment for young children to play in, as well.

It would be like having "white only" beaches...let's not promote a situation that has been put to rest years ago. I would hope our society can get beyond racism, sexism and the rest of the "isms" that divide us.

im a female and i could say that i am on the feminist side, but this is going to far. we are taking advantage. we wanted to be equal, not to over power. plus women that are ashamed of their bodys should work on it, instead of complaining. im very upset at this idea

They're sexist of course. Can you imagine the uproar if there were male only beaches?
