What is the realistic price for a fixxer upper in Southern California?

For a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a 2 car garage. Specially in the Inland Empire area close to LA. (Riverside, San Bernardino, San Gabriel Valley..

Riverside & San Bernadino are not that close to LA, esp with traffic, could easily be 2 hours each way with traffic.
Do you consider that close ??

Fixxer uppers are $400,000 and up depending on the area.

There are tons of foreclosures, some of which will cheaper than a fixer upper. Buyer beware, there is a housing crisis looming in So Cal

That is about the same as asking what a blue used car is worth. You need to find out what comparable houses have sold for in the last six months. House values can change dramaticallc withing the same area. How old is the house? What type of condition? How good is the roof, plumbing, electric? How many square feet?

There are a lot of things that go into the value of a house. None of which you included in your question.pp

There are some places in the Inland Empire where you can find some in the $200,000 range. Most places are $300,000 and up for fixers.

Go to www.realtor.com, and find a home like it. Subtract 5% for haggling. My estimate for a small house would be around $280K to $310K depending on location.
