In films or telefilms there are a lot of scenes in which a woman humiliates a man by kicking his nuts. Also reading the online forums and the questions on this website it seems that a lot of girl enjoy and have fun with ball kicking. Why do the women focus on the testicles even if there are a lot of painful body parts ( eyes, nose, ankle ) to hit in case of fight / defense ? Does It give a particular sensation ?

"Telefilms?" Wasn't aware people even used that word anymore.

But anyway, it's simply a comedic convention. Here's a rule--don't believe everything you see on TV or in movies.

I always heard the best way to bring someone down was to go for the inner part of the knees, not the genitals.

Testicles offer a an easy close-up attack when other options aren't obviously apparent. In addition to quickly raising the knee for such a "low blow," other suggestions made in here offer additional good measures.

Gouging eyes is quite effective to blind the aggressor.

If grabbed from behind, I'd suggest reaching down, grabbing one of their legs, and while lifting it, throw your body weight back. Landing on the assailant, you may knock the wind out of the them long enough to get away.

When a woman hits a man in the private area he instinctively bends down to grab it, giving the woman the opportunity to either get away, or if he is particularly aggressive, get a clear face shot to deliver more damage, then get away.

I've only seen one media event where a woman kicks a man in the balls. Ah, I see more of the media joking about men kicking each other in the balls. Additionally, the director & producer of these films are usually men.

When I was training under a man how to protect myself (self-defense) ... I was told under NO circumstances should I kick a man in the balls in hopes to get away. This only offers a short shock, and he has time to recover and pay me back. Rather instead of kicking him in the balls, I should use my fingers to gauge his eyes out & kick him in the shins/knees.

So, IMO, I think men want to be kicked in the balls, otherwise they wouldn't bring it up; especially in the form of commic relief.

Because women are by far the weaker sex physically, they do this because it gives them a sense of power. This is a way for them to get physical with a man. The movies don't like to show that even a mediocre punch to the jaw of a woman will end the struggle, and render her senseless for about 15 minutes. This is not nearly as PC as a kick in the nuts.

mens balls are just an easy target... we know they hurt when they get kicked and it is easy for us to kick them... a 4 foot woman trying to punch a 6 foot man in the eye might look kind of humorous

I think that the nads are the most painful spot, but I think it's an unfair advantage because women's parts aren't as painful when hit than men's part. I don't know, that's just me.
