The Raiders may have had the worst record last year, but they were not the worst team. They play in the best division in football every year. Chargers, Broncos, Chiefs
They had one of the better defenses in the NFL last season. They just had a horrible offense. Simply improving their offense a little would probably get them to 8 wins. They've also got a very good kicking game, which includes the best, most consistent punter I've ever seen.
The worst team will be the Browns or the Lions. The Browns just set themselves up for success with this year's draft but I think it will take at least a couple of years to pay off with a winning season. The Lions seem to think that they need to pick a number one receiver every single year. That just screams of horrible management and bad teams start from the top.

To be honest I really hope its the Cleveland Browns so my Cowboys can have the #1 pick anyhow I believe it will be between Green Bay and Tampa Bay but the Browns could very well be, either way the Boys get their #1 pick...oh yeah the Raiders will be leaning toward embarassing so it will be the Raiders, Browns, Packers and Bucs

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it'll be the Faders. I guess most of you know them as the Raiders. They'll be lucky to win 2 games.
Cleveland and Detroit will not be much better than Oakland.

I assume it'll be the Riaders or Lions, but that's the easy answer. I think Washington might be right up there with the worst.
