Well, here in Palm Beach, FLorida... the house next door to Donald Trump is for rent for $30,000 a month. So, if this is a multi-million $$ mansion, well then I'd say that is about right... however if this is just an apartment then either it is a penthouse or you are being bs'd!

You tell me. First of all if you were making $44K a month you taxes would be a lot more that 33%. I don't know what you are smoking but I would like to either get some of it, or find out who your renters are. They must be really rich and/or stupid. Which of these categories do you fall in?pp
