Because they are ignorant and would they threw rubbish about at home. I have seen people at Mcdonalds too lazy to get their ar** out the car and put stuff in the bin and just dump it in the car park. No wonder you see mice running around.
This is one of my pet hates. Leaving the Mcflurry cartons on the road can kill hedgehogs as they become stuck and die from starvation.
Come on people keep the country tidy it takes seconds to put something in a bin. Would you like it if people threw litter at your house? I doubt it.

I think it is disgusting and ignorant. Whats wrong with keeping it until your home or stopping?
Makes me mad!
My car resembles a wheely bin at times with all the rubbish in it but rather that than throw it out the window.

I hate that. I think it is because they are to lazy to clean their mess up so they just chuck it out the window and forget about it. Don't have to clean garbage out of your car then.

No respect for our beautiful country. can you imagine the respect they may have for themselves. Lazy, inconsiderate, dum, illmannered, should experience more than a $1000.00 dollar fine. I think these people should have a garbage truck go to there home and give them a taste of their own medicine. Stop polluting my country!!!

The rubbish stays in the car the stuff they throw out could be useful if recycled. They can't be!

Urrggh everytime i see someone do that it really annoys me.
Whenever i see rubbish outside my house left by the bin men i pick it up.
Otherwise it makes your home and area look like scumville!!
The people who do this must be real slobs and i'd hate to live near them!!!
