if past is any indicator...he is likely staying cool, during the hot summer months, in a compound similar to the one he and his closest buds had in Afghanistan. it is located in the north western border area between Pakistan and Afghanistan. the Pakistani government has completely given up on trying to police that area and officials in the government, with ties to the taliban, offer warning when needed.
