Sometimes just being there and letting your friend know by not saying anything could give him or her recourse to open up to you andd not basing any judgment or subjective observation could really be an asset for them . You let them solve their problem and you make them feel a better self-esteem and hopefully it will start something new for the both of you and doing something new or something you have none for awhile but enjoyed could be a way to get out of a rut.

.first things first you must ask then if they realize they are in a rut. as quite often people end up in a rut with out knowing or admitting to their self they are in one.
the saying goes if you can admit it you are half way to recovery they may pull out of the rut themselves. failing this, be a friend bend over backwards to give support and friendship just don't get in a rut while helping them, and realize if you do.

this is great which you're helping your individuals yet you like alife of your man or woman besides, do no longer enable your freinds stop you from going out and having exciting because of the fact the greater you sit down around and hear thier issues you will finally end up turning out to be to be like them- depressed. purely circulate discover somebody else who isn't on your group and slowly get to understand them and then then once you're gentle ask them in the event that they wanna circulate and do some thing with then you enormously quickly you would be wanting an entire nother community of freinds yet you nonetheless have your previous ones besides.

Just be there for them. Listen a lot, and give advise if they ask for it. Be a shoulder to cry on, if necessary.

I think you should take the time to fully listen to whatever their problem is, then with whatever resources you're willing to give up, help your friend out.
