Yahoo can be a frustrating place, it doesn't explain why your question got deleted, or when your answer or comment gets deleted, also it never explains as to why your account got suspended. For me I have never encountered error 999. But I must say Yahoo is spot on about being stupid.

I've read in the Suggestion board that Y does that intentionally...something about "overactivity" and server overload. But yah, it's retarded.
