They thought they were triplets; but they're QUADS! They were even able to tell me the sexes. Two boys and Two girls!!!

Seriously, your questions are getting old...
Over the last month, Charianna has gone from 5 to 10 years old, you've gone from the mother of 3 to the mother of 9 (all from pregnancies, not adoption), you've been pregnant with Gabriella and choosing a name, pregnant with the younger set of twins (who are now 10 months!) and pregnant with Madelyn (as of last week). Now, you're having quads!
Come on.
Why not just say that you plan to have fifteen kids and pick names for them or something?
EDIT: After I wrote this, I reviewed other people's responses and noticed that your kids have aged again (since I last saw their ages two days ago)... Madelyn is 6 months, the younger twins are 1.5, and Charianna is 11! Wow!

K what happend to the child u were just now pregnant with, remeber the baby girl? If they knew it was a girl, they'd know if you were pregnant for more than one... and if they said triplets yesterday why would they say qauds today, especially when you started off with 1 child in ur stomach... I think ur doing this because ur bored and really want to have a child...

Sounds like you need to use some birth control. After having children 10, 11, 12, and 13, your body needs to rest.
