lilac/plum, gold, light pink, or light brown shimmer. These will all look very nice on you.

Well I have Dark brown eyes too and for an everyday shadow I usually use natural tones. I use Covergirl make-up its cheap but it last all day and they these great compacts that come on colors of four. The one I use is sunset, the more neutrel the better. They usually come with one shade of a metallic, or at least one shade for night, or when I go out. Try that remember less is more! Have Fun also with makeup (there are no rules)

as long as u know how to apply make up and BLEND u are good to go dont just throw it on there! If u want to stay light an natural add some shimmer on your brow line and in the corner it will make your eyes pop out!
i know mac is a little exspencive but for browns and lights colors that do have the prettiest and u can find a lot you would like. store make up! honestly i never see anything pretty!

but when applying u can wet your eyelid and then apply it makes the make up more bright and visable exspecially with brown! (i do it but with purples and etc.)

CHECK that out i have some pics of make up ive done. its not natural but have fun with what u put! your eye color u can do anything to!

I also have dark brown eyes.
This is what I usually do. First, I use Clinique's touch base for eyes, the buff lightning shade, to lighten up the eyes. Then, I use a light brown shadow or dark brown shadow.

Browns and Deep purples. Even cream colors to go closer to the brow. I have Dark brown eyes too. I use this dark brown and this orage-ish brown. It's a really pretty mix and color. The deep purple and browns will make your eyes more showy and pop out more.

Soft pinks would look nice. You could try Almay Intense iColor for brown. Also, you can just buy white or translucent shadow and put a dot of it underneath your eyebrows and in the tearduct area. That will refresh your look and make your eyes stand out more.

Choose a shade that complements your eye color. Green eyes - brown, ranges of purple...plum,violet,lavender and eggplant in the berry family. Blue eyes - copper, gold, anything with warmth is pretty, violet too. Brown eyes - purples, greens, bronzes and golds. Hazel eyes - browns and pinks.

Bare your natural beauty with a hint of color.....

FACE:

If using a powder foundation, concealer goes on first. Dot on trouble spots, then blend. (With liquid makeup, you would apply foundation before concealer).

Apply foundation with powder brush on forehead, nose and chin. Blend all over.

Dot sheer cream blush on apples of cheeks. Blend in circles upward with finger.

EYES:

Sweep on 2 shadows with brush or applicator. Lighter shade over the lid, lash line to crease. Darker shade, outside corner of lid.

Fill in spaces between upper lashes with liner.

Finish with 2 coats of black or dark brown mascara, upper and lower lashes.

LIPS:

Apply a sheer lipstick, from center outward.

Top with clear lip gloss.
