i think yes cuz if its a local thing you will see people you know no matter what i but i wouldn't say it is 100% to go by yourself but maybe im just a chicken

Hey!
What's fun is to play some games while your there and watch other people ride rides/play versing games. At most carnivals there is a game where people have water balloon launchers and each person gets 5 balloons to launch at the other. Those are very fun to watch. You can also ride rides for some fun. =D
Also, bring a cd player/Ipod just incase walking around gets boring.
You can also hang around the food vendors for a little while without getting bored.
And to top it off, be optimistic that something cool is going to happen. =P It sounds weird but if you have that in your mind it's pretty hard to stop enjoying the carnival.

i could. i would skip the rides... eat all the food...and play games. sometimes.. you can really enjoy being by yourself. i bet you'd be surprised what great company you are.
