I have summer homework and one of my vocabulary words from the book THE SWORD OF THE RIGHTFUL KING is bespelled and I can't find it in any dictionaries or online. Can you help me?

I am not sure whether this is the meaning.I think bespelled means have the charms or spells work over a person.Bespell a man is make control over him by the power of charms.Hope u will find the correct meaning

When someone is bespelled they are under the 'spell' of someone else. They are totally enthralled by that person and do what ever the person wants. Usually it is used when one character sees another character they think is gorgeous or whatever. :-)

Be is a verb. Look up spelled and use that definition with the spin that bespelled means what it literally is: to be spelled.
