You can use the page below to help you track your cycle. This will help you predict your ovulation date.

Typically if you have a 28 day cycle, ovulation occurs around day 14. It is suggested that you have sex every other day starting at day 10. So day 10, 12, 14, 16 for the best chances of getting preggo.

You can also pay close attention to your curvical mucus. It's a great predictor. To learn more about this, read up on Natural Family Planning. There are also ovulation kits that you pee on to detect hormone surges.

Good luck!

Well this is what I did and it worked.. Count from the first day of your last period to 12.. start having intercourse every other day till day 20. That should do it for you, if your cycle is longer than 31 days try starting on day 15 and going till the 23th. If you skip too many days without having intercourse, the sperm will die off and your egg will die as well. Sperm live for about 3 days and an egg lives for about 24-48 hours which is a small time frame! Try this method for a while before you go out adn buy those ridiculously expensive ovulation kits. Good luck to you !

They've got all sorts of devices to test when you are ovulating and when the "optimum" time is. But like anything else, there's always some error built into it.

The cheaper way (which other couples have done, some of my friends did this when trying to conceive) is just to have sex every night after your next period. This way, you don't have to worry about whether it is too late in your cycle to conceive this month. It is also the only way to guarantee that you have ovulated.

Your best bet is to either count between 11 and 17 days after your period ends thats your ovulation period. Or just go to a Rite Aid or any drug store and pick up an ovulation kit for about 30.00.

Roughly around the 2 week mark after the first day of your last period is when most (but not all) women ovulate. That would be peak time.

Make him soak his ball sack in warm mineral water 20 minutes a day for a week and drink 5 full glasses of milk a day.

I would say every day or every other day on days 10-20 of your cycle. I would go and get ovulation tests, and that will really help to pinpoint when you are ovulating.

every woman is most vulnerable the first three to five days after thier menstrual period because after your period your body has flushed any toxins out and your ovaries are flowing freely which is easier for the sperm to attach and mate

It depends on your cycle if you are regular you can probably predict when you are ovulating. You can purchase and ovulation prediction test.
