Although both of them are superb villains in Science Fiction, I would say that Magneto would most definitely win.

I think Magneto would pull Vader apart before he could do the remote choke out thing with the force.

OH...DARTH I think...because Magneto could bend the metal parts of Darth but Darth could use the Force more easily on Magneto, like to choke him or something
