In Scotland, we have the saltire (blue with a white cross) or the rampant lion (yellow background with a red lion). Hope this helps!

Be careful with "Union Jack".
Yes, I know that the British flag is popularly known as the Union Jack, but that term is true for any country that is a union of states, and the flag is flown from the Jack Staff of a ship!
So as the UK and the US are both unions, and so was the old USSR, their flags are quite correctly known as Union Flags, and Union Jacks when flown from the jackstaff of their ships!

I'm welsh and i have 'Y Ddraig Goch' (The Red Dragon)
Im not sure, but i thought that the U.K flag was only a Union Jack when sailed at sea, and was something like the union flag.
