yes appeared for a few minutes then quickly hid back behind the clouds there were cheers of joy and ripping off of rain coats in the hope it was here to stay but alas it was gone again .sammy sunshine is gone on his holidays and wont be back for another while

It's a rare phenomenon that occurs once in a dry rainless day in the U.K.!

I even took a photo of it, blow it up, printed it and taped in on my window!

Amazing!

And this is supposed to be "Record Breaking Summer"?

After intensive research looking at reference books, science books, history books, NASA records and holiday brochures etc... I can confirm the results of my findings. It whats called a sun which give out light and heat! very surprising!!

'Lost, large yellow floaty thing, usually in the sky. Answers to the name 'SUN'. If anybody finds it, tell it is is JULY.........
