shouldn't that mean you're far along enough to get a positive?

I know symptoms can be confused as PMS, and I know that just because you have a positive, you may not have symptoms.. This has been my experience, I was just wondering if this was everyone's experience- If you are truely having morning sickness, fatigue, or tender breasts, then you are far along enough to register on a test.. I say true. Just wondering if there are any falses out there.

Yes. Symptoms start at approximately 6 weeks.
Problem is pregnancy symptoms can also be period symptoms. Also women who are afraid they are pregnant, or want to be pregnant can imagine symptoms.

There are plenty of symptoms of pregnancy that could be accounted for by something else. What you need, if you suspect you're pregnant but aren't getting a BFP, is to go to your OB/GYN and get a blood test done. Many will do it right there in the office. Your hcg levels may not be high enough to be detected by a urine test yet, if you're pregnant. Keep this in mind too, though: the higher your hcg levels, the higher likelihood of nausea and morning sickness. So get a test in the dr office. I have a feeling it's something else besides pregnancy.

Not all pregnancy tests show positive when you are really pregnant. You could either be ovulating or fixing to get your period because both of those can be mistakin for pregnancy symptoms. If you think you may be pregnant retest 7 days from the first day you tested and see what the test says either positive or negative you need to make an appointment with your dr. good luck.

I had the emotions before I finally got a positive...they have a lot of early tests now. Wait a week, test again. If still negative, symptoms may not be pregnancy.

in many circumstances no longer till you're a minimum of 5-6 weeks pregnant (it incredibly is 3-4 weeks after theory). in many circumstances the 1st sign of being pregnant is a superb try or a neglected era. in case you're pregnant, you could initiate having some nausea or some thing in yet another week or 2. for sure some females haven't any big indications till their abdomen starts getting enormous.

no my mom has symptoms with me before she got a positive. she took a home test it came back neg, she waited a few days went to the doctor they gave her a test it came back neg, she waited about a week and took another test and it finally came back positive. so it took her like a week and a half. she thought she said she was having a really bad case of the flu since she kept getting neg. results. but she had morning sickness that continued the whole time.

Oh no, your body is much smarter than some dumb test!!!!
Sometimes are hearts and our minds make us feel things we really want (or don't want) but in the end, it is very possible to have symptoms two weeks into your pregnancy and not get a positive on your HPT!

Huh? If you haven't gotten a positive on a pregnancy test, you might not be pregnant. The symptoms you are experiencing might be period symptoms.

"symptoms" of pregnancy aren't always truly pregnancy symptoms. Pregnancy and period symptoms are so much alike that it's hard to tell the two apart until you have a positive test.
