I have an ipaq 3670, and i was wondering, can you connect to a wireless network that doesnt have dialup?

you can connect if your network uses wireless networking. You would need to purchase a 802.11x CF card and install it in the IPAQ. Find one that supports the operating system you are using. Here are some links.
