you do no longer say what software which you're employing so i will base my answer on be conscious 2007. web site numbers are in many circumstances interior the headers and or footers of information. the sole way that i can reproduce your subject is to format the website numbers as "Hidden". All different settings print the numbers. it incredibly is remotely achievable that your web site numbers are placed interior the "unprintable" component of the website close to the sides of the paper. All printers record an area which could't be revealed in even nonetheless there are the variety to over-experience that. In older variations, it became achievable to have the header and footer margins overlap the incredibly margins of the rfile and ought to hence become hidden interior the overlapped section. In be conscious 2007, it incredibly isn't any longer achievable.

In Word, VIEW / headers and footers.
In the toolbar that opens, use the "Switch header/footer" button to move to the "footer"
use the button marked # to add the Insert page No
if you want the total pages too add a space, then a / then a space then hit the ++ button.
Have fun and good luck

On your toolbar, find the headers and footers link
And there you can choose page number, time, etc
Or, on the print properties, find some link that allows you to mark the pages

You are not exactly clear.
If you mean like a page no on each page, you have to do it with a footer or header.
If you mean when printting, do not click quick print. Go the the office button then print and then select entire or soemthing like that.
