I used to hear that a lot too.....Also the expression: "How's the " world " treating you"? My husband used to respond by Saying: "Afraid to say, might be Held agaist me."! I thought that was clever.
But you're right, I Don't hear those expressions anymore, either. (smile)

I use it occasionally. I tend to use it more in written communications such as email or IM as opposed to saying it out loud.
