it is usually around when he hasn't had sex for a long period of time and doesn't believe in ...you know, doing that to himself.

I'm in agreement with the above. (The first answer) However, isn't there sometimes some semen left in the urethra after ejaculation? Both semen and urine use the same path to exit the body, so there may be some semen that comes out before the urine.

It can't happen... I mean not very much...

sometime some will be left in there after you ejaculate... and then you go urinate and the first bit of the stream is a bit of semen... but the bladder is filled with urine... and should flush it out...

BUT if everything coming out is milky and white colored then it is probably some funky infection... because there is no way the body can make that much semen... think of where it is stored... down there by the testicels...the scrotum would be huge!!

Depends on how often he is having sex or masturbates. Excess semen is expelled in urine. After more than 3-4 days most men are, shall we say full, but our bodies keep on producing. Only place for the excess to go is out either via orgasm or urine.

However, if there is concern by all means go get it checked out.

If it's right after he ejaculated than that's typical. If he is just urinating semen I would get that checked out by a doctor

Men may have semen in their urine if they have semen in the ducts. In men, the ducts that carry urine and semen are the same, from the testicles to the urethra. If men have sex or masturbate and then urinate they may "wash off' the ducts and that's why they see semen in their urine. Nothing to worry about.

well if he dosent do that to himself (good for him)
and he dosent have sex then he wouldnt nessisarly have any in his ureatha when he pees unless he had a wet dream the night before.
the way it works is it cuts off on or the other, if hes peeing the vas defrances is blockd and visa virsa, he might have a problem with that part if hes trying to pee and semens coming out.
Id see a doc.
if its not that its an infection.

I agree with everyone about there being some type of infection for an expansive amount of thick stuff exiting his penis and as for masturbating, any other guy will tell you that he is lying.

The statistics are as follows 99% of men masturbate and the other 1% is lying. He is part of that 1%.

haha its not semen. if a guy pees and has a substance that looks liek semen its not. its just discharge! girls get it too!!! if it burns when he pees or if has any itching or iritation he might just have an infection that can be cured with an antibiotic.....if he doesnt have any of those symptoms its normal...everyone gets it form time to time...

As a youngster, I thought that my urine was sperm, and my older brother told me that it was not sperm. Later in schhol, I learned that urine usually cuts off when sperm is present. The penis tends to sustain an erection to do so.

I think it means he ejaculates a huge amount of semen. Hence, he "urinates" semen.

Chow!!
