Ripped off from M$ website:
To change your screen resolution
1.Open Display in Control Panel.
2.On the Settings tab, under Screen resolution, drag the slider, and then click Apply.
3.When prompted to apply the settings, click OK. Your screen will turn black for a moment.
4.Once your screen resolution changes, you have 15 seconds to confirm the change. Click Yes to confirm the change; click No or do nothing to revert to your previous setting.
Note
To open Display, click Start, click Control Panel, click Appearance and Themes, and then click Display.

Some games change the resolution on your screen. My first guess would be that is what happened. Go to "Start -> Control Panel". Double Click on "Display". Click on the "Settings" tab and change the screen resolution to something smaller like 1024x768. I wouldn't go much lower than 800x600. Hope that helps!

in case you haven't any longer observed, Hillary wins in maximum places that makes use of the Diebold vote casting Machines. that could desire to inform you some thing. Even manhattan now could be looking errors and votes that weren't even counted. there have been approximately 18 precincts which had no votes for Obama in the 1st tally. And being from manhattan, I KNEW THAT grow to be A LIE! while they went returned to tally returned, Obama's votes outnumbered Hillary's. So the entire votes for brand spanking manhattan and New Hampshire continues to be a secret. Massachusetts used vote casting machines additionally. i'm helpful in the event that they recheck their votes, they could additionally get a various count variety. yet Obama did no longer lose by skill of that plenty to request a recount. yet a recount could turn the size there, too. you could desire to learn on those states with vote casting machines and notice what the effect somewhat ends of being. you won't be able to start to understand the crookedness in our vote casting equipment this is been happening for years. Why do you think of Bush gained in the 1st place? issues at the instant are not as they seem, my expensive pal. you could desire to be waiting to look at what you don't understand somewhat of accepting what they want you to understand. awaken! babs

If you the picture just became big and nothing else, do as the other answerers said and readjust the properties. If the picture became big and also lost some color, then it is your graphics card problem. GO update your drivers for your graphics card and it will be fine.
