I'm sure that statement was intended to **** off women, but I'll answer it anyway.
Blanket statements like that are rarely ever accurate - I have known good female drivers (my wife has never had a wreck, and only ever receieved one ticket for speeding - 75 in a 65 in the middle of nowhere in Nebraska), whereas I have personally wrecked several cars, received quite a few speeding tickets and other moving violations (though I do drive longer distances, and more frequently).
I know both women and men who shouldn't be allowed behind the wheel of a car - they have short attention spans, and a total lack of driving skill.
In short. **** off!

Um, they're not. as a matter of fact thats why mens auto insurance rates are higher.especially younger guys) It was a nice thought, though!
