She was live on the air on Coast To Coast AM with George Noory when the West Va coal miners were trapped. They discussed this on the show that night as news was breaking. When the news accidentally announced the miners were alive, Sylvia chimed right in and said she knew they'd be found (implying that she meant alive because George had been relieved and elated upon hearing the good news). A few minutes later when the news broke that there had been a mistake and the miners were dead, she said "I never said they were alive". You can get the facts by Googling "Sylvia Browne Coal Miners" or Sylvia on Coast To Coast". The show aired Jan. 4, 2006. I give credit to George Noory. Unlike Montel, who loves using her rambling antics as a ratings generator, George has not had her back on since she exposed herself as a complete fraud that fateful night. (You do know her and her ex were sued for fraud, don't you? I believe it was some real estate scam.) Anyway, I have the recorded program and I play it for my friends who support Sylvia. They don't anymore after hearing the show.
She calls herself a "humanitarian" but charges $700 for a 30 minute phone conversation!
I love watching her on Montel because she sticks her foot in her mouth more times than I can count which amuses me. Even more amusing is watching the people on the show who actually believe her.

I think she is .She says her accuracy rate is about 80 percent so there will be times when she is wrong.She said in some of her books either the world will end in 95 years or she just cant see past that time frame.Maybe their is a reason she cant see that far into the future.Either the world is going to end or there are things that are going to happen that we cant know about.

i think shes real if you read her books and listen to her on her talk shows shes real even if she isnt she sure is makin money for what she does youre the judge if youre seeking help then maybe you should go to montel jordans show the next time shes on it but saying that shes real is just my opinion not to say that there arent gifted people in this world because there are psychic detectives that help find missing people and solve unsolved cases and help grieving families and there is such thing as gifted people once again you really cant ignore the facts on both sides some are real some are fakes youre the judge

i believe her but thats probably cuz my mom has been watching her on montel since i was like 4.
she also said theres gonna be a tsunami in new york this yr???
she also said to not go to India cuz something bad was going to happen- then the next yr india had a tsunami
-i saw her on predictions for 2006. she said britney and kevin were going to have another baby and then split. & thats exactly what happened.
shes right on a lot of things but you cant expect her to be right about everything

If Sylvia Brown were a real psychic, she'd have known that Shawn Hornbeck was still alive, and wouldn't have told his parents that he was dead.
She is a fraud - don't worry yourself about it.

WAY WRONG! You can't trust her predictions. Anyone can claim to know the end of the earth, she has no scientific evidence to back up her claims.
