Well, right now i just recently turned 13, so i know what you mean about how all of your friends wear makeup except you. I have hazel eyes, brown hair and fair skin too so i use different techniques for my makeup... As other people said, you are only 12 and you shouldn't wear a lot, i agree with them. But here are some good colors and techniques anyway:) For blue eyes, i would wear black mascara to bring out your eyes, but not too much cause u dont want it to flake or smudge. Gold, violet/lavender, or neutral eye shadows would look pretty on your top eyelid. A tint of a pink blush, maybe powder or foundation if necessary, and a clearish pink gloss would top it all off. And for your clothes, black shirts would look pretty with your eyes but i wouldnt wear a lot of it because its a very depressing color and is mostly for special occasions. I hope that helped:)

for an almost 13 year old, you are still a girl and not a grown women, which means you have a lot more years left to look grown. i would suggest that you stick with a gloss that has color to it and that's it, because once you start wearing all that extra stuff at this point, by the time you are at least 18 or 19, you will look older than what you are, because people are used to seeing you with a lot of makeup on. the day you don't put on the extra makeup, will be the day people will say you look plain, and like you just got out of bed, and you don't want that. just keep it simple for now. i would suggest the eyeshadows, and mascara for the little dances at school. thats it.

I have 4 daughters and what I did when they were this age is to host a mother-daughter Mary Kay class. This way you can learn about skin care and they have a line geared more towards teens. You will get free professional make-up tips and some free products for hosting the class.
It's a lot more fun having 4 or 5 girlfriends learning with you and the mom's are a lot more likely to let you wear it if they see you put it on correctly.
Go to www.marykay.com to find a consultant in your area.
No, I do not sell Mary Kay. I've just been wearing it since 1982.
I'm sure you will look beautiful!

I'm turning 16 this month so here's my advice:
A thin layer of eye liner on your bottom lid and some mascara on the top. If you want, a little eye shadow that matches your outfit and if you're wearing natural colors just a little bit to bring out your eyes. A light blue or green for blue eyes and a light brown for brown eyes and hazel eyes. Lip gloss is good too. I like the Victoria's Secret lip gloss.

Your skin will be changing soon so if I were you I would just stick to eye makeup for right now. once you know that your skin will be oily, normal, or dry then start applying a light foundation, waiting will help keep you from breaking out cause you used the wrong makeup. if you don't wanna wait that long and you have the money you can always buy bare essentical makeup, it is a mineral loose powder makeup for all skin types, it wont make you break out and it is light and you wont feel it, even when you sweat in gym class. you can get it at www.qvc.com.

I think just some mascara and a little blush on your cheeks would be just fine! Less is more! More is cheezy!
Keep a fresh, clean face and make sure your teeth are as white as they can be. Smile a LOT! BEAUTY comes from within!
Be a good person. Treat everyone fairly. Don't get into the gossip scene!
Good luck to you!

I just turned 13, and this is my daily routine. I put on a little mascara, a pink shade of lip gloss, and a light brown shade of eye shadow. The key is to put it on so you can hardly see it. Make it look as natural as possible. This way you can look glamorous without looking like you're out to get someone. Good luck!!!!!!!!

The simpler the better.
Mascara is great, sheer lip gloss would be fine, too.
You can get a tinted, light-weight moisturizer if your skin tone is uneven, or if you're in the sun alot (most of them have spf protection built in). For special occasions a light brush of pink blush on the apples of your cheeks would be OK.
Just remember to keep everything to a minimum. Let your natural beauty shine through!

Take it easy...don't wear too much makeup. Boy's like to see the real you. Lip gloss, natural colors on eyelids and soft light blush on the balls of your cheeks . Go easy on the mascara. Just choose colors that highlight your best features. Don't go out looking like a clown. Confidence is better than makeup!!!

I suggest tinted moisturizer, mascara, and lip gloss would work great for you. If you have great skin you can skip the tinted moisturizer. Just play around and have fun with makeup, if you don't like it , you can just wash it off. Only you can decide what looks best on you. Play up your favorite feature. If you like your eyes, try playing around with different eyeshadows and keep your lips and cheeks low key and vice versa with other features.
