It takes about 2 months for an eyebrow hair to grow back after being plucked. http://www.cosmeticscop.com/learn/makeup.asp?ID=175#growback
Rogaine can help speed things up. "Eyebrows grow more slowly than other body hair (for which we should probably be grateful), so be patient. But about those bare patches: Zealous plucking or waxing, which repeatedly traumatizes follicles, may result in permanent hair loss, says Katie Rodan, MD, clinical associate professor of dermatology at Stanford University School of Medicine. Try topical 5 percent Rogaine Extra Strength, applied with a Q-tip to the areas where you want regrowth. If the follicles are still viable, you should see results in four to six months. Till then, fill in the gaps with brow gel or pencil (both adhere to the skin better than powder) one shade lighter than your hair color, and blend with an eyebrow brush, says Ramy Gafni, makeup artist and founder of Ramy Beauty Therapy cosmetics."

They'll start to grow back in a week. In three weeks, they'll pass for normal unless people look a little more closely. In a month, they'll be almost back to normal. In 5 weeks, they'll be completely back to normal. If your eyebrows grow more slowly than this, multiply each number of weeks I told you about by 1.5. You should be fine. Just wear hats. LOL!

o man! i did the exact same thing like 2 months ago! it was terrible and finally now they are how i like them. so ya it might take about a month. eeks! but for the mean time just fill them in a little bit. or you can always brush them a certain way. or you can get bangs cut and try to disguise them. haha. i have tried all of the above! good luck!

by the 2nd week u will notice hair in the area taht u plucked
massage a little castor oil every night and wash it off in the morning. comb the eye brow to massage the skin. this will increase blood circulation and increase the growth rate

As long as they are even, it's okay. I don't know how long it will take for your eyebrows to grow back, but it will probally take as long as it takes when you shave your legs and the hair grows back.
