Most of Coastal California qualifies. At least within 5 miles of the coast.

You can rule out hawaii....82 in the winter, 88 in the summer.

Central west coast .....maybe, but doubtful....can get quite cold at night...

last I checked Florida gets frost, so that rules that one out too.

Best bet is to buy a sweater or jacket and weather it out with the rest of us.
