I'm looking for a Masters program in the Culinary arts but only seem to find associate degrees. Is there a masters program available in California?

There are two distinguished schools for culinary arts education in the USA. That is the Culinary Institute of America, and Johnson & Wales University. Their websites would be easy to find and they would be happy to send you info about their programs.

Both of those schools give AS and BS (or maybe BA?) degrees in culinary arts, but they are just about the only schools that do. I have never heard of an Master's in Culinary Arts. There might be some programs that have Master's degrees in Business Admin with specializations in Food Service or Beverage Management. You would have to have appropriate undergraduate credits and work experience, I suppose.

I think your best best would be to contact CIA or JWU and see what they have to say....

Good luck and bon appetit!

There are 2 venues wherein nutrition tech. is taught in severe faculties. One is in classic "residing house economics". the different is in vocationally-oriented courses. residing house economics has its very own branch interior universities. oftentimes cases it has a popularity that's no longer what you will possibly assume: like FRS (family individuals supplies and customer Sciences) or HRCS (Human supplies and customer Sciences). of course, there could be an entire sequence of classes you will possibly desire to take on the guy college to alter into degreed in that container. For the vocational venue, your community community coaching middle could be your superb source of information. those centers are noted as community tutorial provider centers in Texas, and could be hassle-free by different names in different states. Ask for "instructor certification"; those could be the human beings you will possibly choose to talk to for the final (and superb) be conscious on what course to carry on with for a great project, alongside with nutrition technologies. good success!
