What is it you have trouble with, a woman can be a covert agent? Or that all people who work for the CIA have CIA parking lot permits, which on the face of it is pretty silly, don't you think? Or that their satelites can focus on license plates as well as ours? How is anyone to know though who is covert and pretending to be a secretary, and who isn't and really is a secretary?
Simple fact is that the case was forwarded by the then head of the CIA to the Department of Justice for investigation, he wouldn't have done that if there was no 'outing' of a covert agent.

So? And she drove his car of hers, with the CIA parking sticker on it, to all of her covert meetings? No one would be that stupid. Well Bush would but then I doubt if they even trust him driving period.
And by the way, with head of CIAs own testimony before Congress, Plame was working as an undercover agent.

Valerie Plame was a CIA undercover agent.
She was outed by the bush administration to SPITE Joe Wilson writing his op-ed piece, where he reamed bush another a$shole for the infamous 16-word-lie in his State of the Union address.
That is a fact, that is how History will record it, and no amount of smarmy spin will undo it.

By the way, if her own superior said that she wasn't covert and the person who wrote the law in question, concerning outing an agent, said that it didn't apply to her.........then I ask a previous answerer-what makes you know better than they do?
