Well diet pills are never good for you so your best choice would probably be to stay away from them. If you want to burn the fat quickly you should run in the morning when the fat is most 'vulnerable' for not long about 30-45 minutes and any muscle development always speeds up the metabolic process allowing faster weight loss hopes this helps
