yeah, where do you live? I suppose if the sale of little firecrackers are regulated where you live, and you do not want to buy them online, you could make them yourself, assuming its legal where you live, and you have a good understanding of the process. Here in the States (In Missouri), people buy them from roadside stands that are open for about a week arround the Fourth of July, or from permanant stores that are open year-round.

south of the border , noreth carolina ,or if u live in pennsylvania theres a drive in sells all kinds of illegal fireworks if u dont feel like that than try fireworks.com

Most fireworks are made in China, bet you can buy them cheap there.
