How do I include multiple pictures (of RE) on my new website?

Questions that professionals (I include myself in this category) would need to ask.
1) How do you update your website now (using FTP, FrontPage, CRM, etc.)?
2) How do you modify your web pages now (using FrontPage, CRM, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.)?
3) How big are the pictures you want to put on it? If they are too big, they might need to be scaled down, so that someone doesn't have to wait for a minute or so to see the picture, or possibly create thumbnails for the pictures so that when they click on the thumbnail picture, they would see the full version.
