they called titanic a she, guys call there cars a she, they call ships a she, and i think some monster trucks she and machines she, why all a she, and not a he?

It's a combination of tradition and what men are more comfortable with saying they love.

Men are the primary operators of heavy machinery and used to be the only ones able sail on ships with regards to war.

Since they were the primary name-givers, ofcourse they would pick the opposite of their sex because often times they were gone for awhile and needed a female companion. Plus they aren't going to say "man this ship rides smooth, I love him so much". They were too macho for that.

its because in most of the cases the owner is a male and it would be wierd for a guy to say he loved his truck and called it a he
