They have been in the league a long time and have not won the series AT ALL! Maybe it will become cool to be a 'Stros fan and like the loser...I hope not.

FYI - D-Backs and Marlins have won it before the Astros...that just ain't right.

Astros management has to make a commitment to field a winning team. Once they come to that realization your team will be on the right road to success. As long as the club is not willing to spend money on free agent players or make some good trades which will increase payroll, they will not be competitive with the teams that do these things.

You don't know much about baseball do you? The Red Sox won the World Series in 2004, 1918, 1916, 1915, 1912, and 1903. The Cubs won the World Series in 1908 and 1907. There are other expansion teams besides the D-backs and Marlins to have started after the Astros and won the WS, like the Blue Jays.

The Red Sox have won the World Series 6 times.

The Cubs 2 times.

Not sure why you would even try to compare the Astros to either organization.

Sox and Cubs were around at the beginning of last century you are adding way to much tradition to the astros.And in case you forgot the Sox just won it less than 3 years ago.

the red sox and cubs have won at least 1 world series. since the astros havent the question should be are the cubs going to be the next astros. but no the cubs are winning it all this year
