Is there any way that i can recover quicker after i pitch? Like if i pitch one day....is there a way that i can pitch again in a couple days?

Your throwing arm is not structured in a way conducive to throwing from an overhand position. The act of pitching puts a lot of strain on your arm and you will need to rest your arm for three or four days before your throw again. If there was any way around it MLB trainers would know and would implement the technique, How would you like to see Johan Santana pitch every other day?

Just one idea. The navy did research a few years ago with divers. They found that citric fruits can help for sore muscles. The citric acid in these fruits is supposed to help your recovery. Try eating some citrus fruits after pitching.

Something that works really well for me is right as soon as u get home form the game alternate between a heating pad and an icepack just put one on for like five minutes and then go to the next one

protein and strength training but eventually it will catch up to you.
