Called either orgasm or climax when a guy ejaculates. 99% of the time during ejaculation the guy will also experience a "high", or orgasm. Occasionally, some guys may ejaculate during masterbation and not get the orgasmic sensation. But that is rare, the high is why guys play with themselves all the time.

Yes, men can have orgasms. The way they have them is when they get an erection and with proper stimulation they start building up that sensation of pleasure that could end in eyaculation if thy have gone through puberty. The sensation is to "pee" and then get that relief, but instead of pee they eyaculate semen.
