I answered your question the other day and couldn't find any other websites.

So, I went and did a book search for you. You can go to your library and see if your librarian can locate a copy. I have also given you the link to amazon.com.

Good luck.

Talent Shows the Kent Way: How to Put Together an Exciting, Entertaining Show Featuring Children (Paperback)

Here is a review from one person who bought the book. There are other reviews as well.

"I intend to give a copy of this book to my church school. It is an excellent source book for learning how to put together a show using amateur talent so that it develops into a professional looking production. Organized in easy to follow chapters that go from how to pick your production team, through how to hold auditions, rehearse and, the final performance which even gives a check list. The book is laced with information not otherwise available based on the authors' expertise in putting on such shows and their long show business background. Excellent "how to" book which also reveals some of the background of the authors' and their love for their life's work in the theatre.'
