because I'm not understanding how she got a leading part on the show...maybe Lee Phillip Bell or William J. Bell's grand-daughter?

Phoebe literally sickens me. She's TOO young looking and everytime I see her with Rick, I think incest/pedophelia!

I completely agree with Snowriver, above, I've been wondering the same thing since they forced this supposedly actress on us and killed off Darla in the next few scenes. I thought, who's she related to cause she can't act, and now we know she can't sing.......I am thinking maybe she wanted a singing career and this show was a start towards that. She is awful.....and I say send her and Rick (who can't act or sing either) away, away...if we need a teen, bring in her sister Stephie, who I hope don't look like this one.
I am just glad I wasn't the only one who thought this about Phoebe and the one who's playing her. The writers or somebody at B&B is really ruining this show. Let's have more Ashley, Nick, Jackie, Felicia.......bring Stephanie's mother and sister back. Enough with all the music and singing....it's a half hour show, I don't need my music fix from my soaps. The one exception is Nick (Jack Wagner) he can sing and he can act.

I read where she's in some Broadway play so she opted out of the show, but l think the writers screwed up that s/l with Phoebe and Steffy because they began as "identical" twins!

Ok a little off topic but when she was getting the 80's makeover from hell, did you notice the crazy looks and winks Constantine was giving P? Looked like he had a tic or something. Or maybe he likes the Cyndi Lauper look. And whoever said that C's head is always pointed down when he talks is right. Woof.

I swear I saw her in a movie where she played the big sister and if it is her she has had a load of plastic surgery!! I guess she is following in her mothers(taylor) footsteps!! Ha!!The show totally bores me now especially phoebe and rick-wasn't rick full grown when taylor had the twins!!?? I liked ricks character in the beginning but now he is way out there!!

i am so over phoebe...when will summer end? I love bb and I like all the actors/actresses and I do not hate phoebe. however, I take it back, get rid of constanine...soon....powers that be...get rid of contantine or however you spell his name...
