No, unless she is about to give birth - like, she starts having contractions.

The hormone oxytocin is produced in response to the birth of a new baby, and it both stimulates uterine contractions and begins the lactation process. For the first few hours of nursing, a special fluid called colostrum is delivered, which is especially high in nutrients, fats, and antibodies to protect the newborn from infection. Thereafter the amount of milk produced is controlled primarily by the hormone prolactin, which is produced in response to the length of time the infant nurses at the breast.

Yea , but some people it happens to right away some people not till after the baby is born. I tend to take longer with that aspect of pregnancy. I am now 34 weeks and I only get a few drops here and there if I happen to rub them while I am doing something. That is just the norm. I wish doctors wouldn't act like every woman is the same because we are not. Don't worry though that is not something that has to happen at any set time during pregnancy. Never look to everything you read as a for sure thing especially if it has anything to do with pregnancy. Im sure anyone who has been through a pregnancy before can agree with that statement.

I'm actually very surprised that everyone says after birth. The mammary glands become mature in the third trimester and secretions are produced before birth in some women. And hey! guess what! There are tribes in Africa where the old men take care of the children and begin producing milk as well.

NO, NO & Never. After delivery, you get milk. If, so, i.e. if you find some milk, but it is not milk, like some milk. It is a disease called Prolactin (Lactogenic hormone, luteotropic horemone, etc). If you found some milk (like) pl. go to a doctor for further recovery.
