I want to download the drivers for my laptop but it asks me about my laptop product series and model. I lost all my papers of my laptop all I have is my laptop.
where can I find the product series and model on my laptop?

Try looking on the bottom - there should be a sticker that has the model number, along with the product, which should contain the series.

go into devise manager, look for the program you need drivers for, right click many options, but to reinstall a driver, windows will search if yer online. if you need all the drivers, might reinstall the system or use a recovery disk. or for info. windows help in search there, type in system info. or right click my computer icon, should give info.

There is usually a manufacturer's information and certifications label on the bottom of the laptop.

Sometimes it is also put in the BIOS information.
