I did not have sex; I did not have any wet- dream; and I was not "horny" at that time. But when I was peeing I saw some sperm liquid came out after peeing. Is that normal for men?

I never have sex with anyone before, so no STD for sure.

I also know that it is sperm because I sometimes masturbate, I know sperm liquid look like, and it smells the same as my normal sperm.

honestly.. it might not be anything. But there are some infections that can befall men, even if they haven't had sex. yep it is true.

It could have been a secretion... and you are just clearing the pipe [so to speak]; but since it happened after peeling, i would be a little concerned.

If you feel pain or this persists... i would seek medical attention. And if you are feeling worried about it.. i would go to the doctor for peace of mind. You could also talk to a nurse over the phone too.

one reason why sperm gets into the urinary bladder is because of enlargement of the prostate. But it happens only after you have sex because some of the sperm find their way into the bladder due to the force of ejaculation. But whatever the cause is, sperm should not normally be found in your urine. You need to visit your physician.

Could just be a secretion (just your prostrate creating secretion) and nothing big.

Could be an infection.

Have you had sex before? You might have an STD. Milky discharge, especially upon urination is a sign of some STDs.

Probably best to go to your doctor and rule any infection out.

I had this once after not masturbating for a long time. It only happened once or twice. I told myself that if it continued to happen I would ask a doc. It never happened again, so I quit worrying about it. I suggest that if you continue to have the problem you see a doctor, if not, don't worry. If you can't stop worrying, ask a doctor.

Yep, especially pre-ejaculate, the syrupy clear stuff will just flow at the lightest hint of sex in many guys. Normal. Just annoying when you are at the urinal.

I agree with the black guy. I wasn't going to say it before, but I think you should go get it checked out.

I'm not a guy, and I'm a virgin, but I could tell something's wrong. you don't just pee sperm!

Not a problem, but if you are very concerned, consult your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.
