To better say I want to know do exist the elliptical red giant and seen ever till today? (Like as the egg)

Yes, red giants can and sometimes do become flattened spheroids with much larger equatorial diameters than their polar diamters. We have directly imaged some of the closest red giants (like Betelguese) and found that they are oval shaped.

Hi. There is probably some equatorial bulge but the largest red giants are nearly a vacuum at their surface, so detecting any bulge may be difficult.

It would have to have some serious angular momentum to be markedly elliptical. And if so, it would be the flat kind of elliptical, not the egg kind. I don't know of any examples.
