the cheapest card you can get to run it on max is the 6600gt 128mb which is $50 after rebates http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814143084 according to gamespots test which are actually very accurate the expansion which is more demanding (the burning crusades) that card i listed gets 39fps with everything setting maxed out on 1600x1200 which is probaly a higher resolution then you will be running

I'm not into the absolutely cheapest stuff but i suggest the 7600GT. a GS may also work but i sell a lot of the GTs with no complaints. price vs performance the GT is a hard one to beat

nvidia 8600gt its around $100 and its dx10 supported
