It shouldn't be a problem - I've done it loads of times. Remember that if the file is big, it could take a very long time. I had a weak wireless connection, and it took a couple of hours to upload a 10 minute long video. If you get to the part where it says "Uploading" then you have to just be patient. If it gives you an error, try using a video converter like this one:
