Masturbation has absolutely nothing to do with the "depletion of muscles and muscle tone" as you are saying. The only depletion you may be having is in your arm muscles due to overuse! But otherwise, no connection! And where the hell are your parents while youre watching porn anyway? You are waaay too young to be watching porn...dont get yourself into the habit of beating it to get off...you may find it a bit difficult to get off any other way, and that usually dont happen until way later in life.

You're imagining things...masturbation does not cause muscle mass depletion. But sitting front of the computer watching porn does. Maybe you should try to hit the gym 3 times a week instead of 2 since you're not getting the results you desire.

The only way that masterbation would affect muscle tone is that if you are doing it excessively. I think you are imagining the depletion of muscle tone. Sort of like you will go blind if you masterbate syndrome

i dont think that your muscles are going down because of the idea that you have to make your exercise program more intense and harder. if it is too easy you have to improve it slowly but surely. i masturbate 3 times a day every day and i do not have my muscles less.

Not really sure about that BUT my friend who goes to the gym almost everyday told me not to masturbate too often. So I guess he is right or something. Ask your trainor about it.
