From what I've heard, the best advice I can give you is stay away from anything or anyone that gets you aroused.
Last thing you want right now is a hard ****.
Feel better soon.
EDIT: What kind of crap is this that people are sorry for your loss??? WTH....hey darlin'....circumcised is nice, and clean and sexy....you'll be happy once you heal, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise !

First of all try and take a few days rest. If possible don't wear any underwear and keep your grion erea free of clothing. This will eliminate any rubbing of your penis against any clothing. When you need to pee, take your time and sit down to pee so your penis will be free. Clean it very gently with a wet wipe. Take your painkillers as directed. If you are a normal healthy guy the pain should go away in less than a week and you can resume your normal activities.
PS. Why did you get yourself circumsized at 17 anyways. Did you not think before you went ahead maybe you will regret that decision later on in life? Unless you had problems with retracting your foreskin.

I'm sorry for your loss, and for the poor medical advice you received. In fact, almost all tight foreskins can be resolved using a simple cream and some stretching exercises. Those that can't can be resolved by a small incision on the side of the foreskin - a complete circumcision is very rarely necessary. I'd take some legal advice if I were you.
In terms of pain, that will improve over the next week or so. You need to avoid arousal - they should have given you some drugs to help with that. And I would try putting some wound gauze between your penis and clothing to prevent rubbing.
Over time (a couple of months) your penis will become less sensitve, and you won't have problems with clothes rubbing.

sorry but you'll have to get used to it... try pain killers and staying in bed, you'll need a couple of days until it heals... if you are home, stay in your room and wear nothing... trust me, it takes time.... afterwards, don't use loose boxers because the head will be all over the place, so it's better to have it still... Be patient and good luck!

Put on some loose, soft cotton unders. This is like any other injury.
It will take time to heal.

wow, i have never heard of anyone getting circumsized when they are older, but good on you for making that decision (it will be worth it). Hmmm, you really need to take STRONG painkillers (maybe even morphine) until the pain subsides. also an anti inflammatory to keep swelling down. I would suggest bed rest for a few days untill its a bit better. please keep the area clean and be careful when going to the toilet - I'm guessing this would sting a bit! good luck and DO NOT hesitate to see a DR if things start getting nasty coz I don't think you would like to have it amputated!!!
